Came to Vegas on a work trip and was able to stop by this cute coffee dessert establishment. Really enjoyed the desserts and esthetic of this Cafe. Even for a Tuesday night it was busy. Would recommend earl grey cake .
I lovE this place! It's so cute inside and I love how hard it is to find lol Everyone is friendly and it just feels like a warm place that I would feel comfortable studying in or meeting with friends from out of town. Unique aesthetics go very far with me as well, totally digging the whole greenhouse vibe. The coffee is amazing, the macaroons are perfectly made (very harsh critic on those) and the food is very tasty. I would only complain that the turkey cranberry doesn't taste like it has any cranberry on it at all but I'm also a crazy person, so...5 stars it is. I would've posted photos but the ones I took are too big and I'm too lazy to resize- I'll be back anyway.
It was a bit of a challenge looking for this place in the small plaza that it was in because we were looking for a big sign above the door but it turns out it's just 2 big wooden doors with a small sign that says "coffee" on the window next to it. It almost felt like a speakeasy which was cool and as soon as we opened the doors we stepped into what felt like a warehouse but with a bakery and coffee shop inside of it. It gave off a very industrial vibe but was still somehow cozy with the all the Christmas decor. If you love books you'll love this cafe because they have a seating area where you take your shoes off and can sit in what looks like wooden bleachers built into a huge book shelf. It's a really nice and different experience. Their bakery also looks like a greenhouse and you can watch them make their pastries and baked goods. Service here is great, although it can get a little loud when they're busy so if you're coming to study, do work, or read I would suggest bringing some headphones with you. The coffee and crepe we got were absolutely delicious. This is definitely on my list of coffee shops to go to whenever I'm in town.
Wow! What a great experience at Gabi! At first, I kept driving around, thinking I'd messed up the directions, but then I remembered a review saying to look for kind of a barn door - viola, found it! This place is so cool! The reviews don't do it justice. It's really big, high ceilings, super eclectic and artsy yet homey and rustic. Lots of crazy seating options- I sat in a bird cage! My timing was pretty good, because there wasn't a line when I arrived, but when I was about to leave, it was packed. Service was great and my latte was one of the best I've had in Vegas. Pricing was reasonable too. Make sure you check them out!
What I ate: - Ham and grilled cheese sandwich, pesto on the side: This was surprisingly good. I wasn't expecting much, but the bread was perfectly toasted, the ham nice and salty. The cheese pull was legit - Tomato soup: Creamy, sharp tomato soup. There was a nice pile of cheese on top. Perfect for dipping the grilled cheese into - Einspanner coffee: I was captivated by the photo of this, and it didn't disappoint. But how can you go wrong with coffee covered in thick whipped cream? Pros: - Ambiance: This is such a cute and chill cafe. Lots of varied seating, couches, armchairs, tables, high tables/stools. They even had a wooden library section where you had to take off your shoes - Food was great! Menu had a nice mix of sandwiches and salads. They had a great display case show casing the food. I only regret not ordering a slice of cake or pastry - Decore was a really nice eclectic mix - Lots of people there studying or working - Bathroom was big and clean - I think this place makes for a great first date spot Cons: - Parking lot was full and busy on a Saturday afternoon. - We were sitting along the wall on the right side of the restaurant. It was very jarring every time the huge wooden door opened, letting it super bright light into the dim cafe. If you're sensitive to light I would suggest sitting towards the back of the cafe Would I come again? Sure
Ha, ha your secret is out! Redirected and what an alternative! First the ambiance is the outdoors inside, beautiful. Saturday vibe. The servers didn't speak, just dropped the food with a smile, hence the stars. Especially the drinks that we didn't know which was what. The drinks were good The food was good and I want to go back to experience more. I was with my girls and we were
Lovely spot to meet up with girlfriends .. tea and coffee menu is extensive and several decaf options. Food was comfy and tasty and the ambiance is darling! Local spot for sure! Stop in after a meal in Chinatown or for dinner!!
Tonight I visited Gabi's coffee & bakery off Spring mountain road. Inside was busy, full of students, and young couples, tasting teas, and enjoying a variety of baked goods. The decor offers comfy chairs, and art to spur your imagination. I ordered the potato soup, and cranberry turkey on croissant. The food was served fast and tasted great.
